At Northumberland Meats, we offer a local, independent butchery service for farmers, smallholders, gamekeepers, caterers, and restaurants.

If you have your own animals that you’d like butchered and processed, get in touch, and we’ll provide you with a competitive quote. We offer a range of packaging options and can store your meat either fresh or frozen, depending on your needs. We can also create a variety of bespoke products, including sausages, burgers, and more.
