An order is considered accepted once you see the order confirmation message on our website. 5. Orders
5.1 Adjusting Your Order
If you add or remove items from your order, we will adjust the charges accordingly based on the changes.

You may modify your order at any time, provided you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
5.3 Modification and Cancellation Deadlines
Orders can be modified or cancelled before the specified order deadline.
5.4 Order Processing After Deadline
Once the order deadline has passed, your order will be processed, and payment will be taken as outlined in Section 5.2.
5.5 Cancellation Policy
As we specialize in perishable goods, we regret that we cannot cancel orders or issue refunds after the order deadline. Cancellations will apply to the subsequent order.

5.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock for your chosen delivery date, we may substitute it and notify you via your order note. Alternatively, we will contact you to arrange one of the following:

5.8 Order Acceptance and Refusal
We accept orders at our discretion and reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.

6. Deliveries
6.1 Delivery Process
We use a reliable courier service for deliveries. Key points include:

If unforeseen events cause delays, we will promptly inform you of a revised delivery date.
If delivery is delayed by more than 36 hours or fails to reach you, we will arrange either a full refund or a replacement.

In most cases, your delivery will arrive within 24 hours from our butchery to the address provided. All orders are dispatched for next-day delivery, with shipping occurring the day before your selected delivery date.
6.3 Receiving Your Delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If you are unavailable, please contact us to arrange a redelivery.
6.4 Liability for Lost Deliveries
Once someone has received the delivery, or the courier has left it at your specified location, we cannot accept liability for any loss or further delays. If you do not receive your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will take steps to resolve the issue, including contacting our drivers or tracking the shipment to ensure a prompt replacement.
6.5 Accurate Delivery Details
It is essential that the delivery details you provide are accurate. If you provide incorrect address information, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to deliver to the revised address. However, if delivery is not feasible, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss.
6.6 Refused Deliveries
If your delivery is refused or not accepted at the specified address, we regret that we cannot offer a replacement.
6.7 Packaging and Freshness
All products are securely packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes with ice to ensure they remain frozen for up to 24 hours.

6.9 Collection by You
If you have opted for collection, you may pick up your order from our premises during working hours (11 am–3 pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays).
